Job Description

To take demand from Personal Banking clients for banking matters ranging from lending, transactional  & investment products  to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g. CBK, IRA) requirements.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience Required

3-4 years

  • Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
  • Experience in sales within the banking industry or related service sectors such as Insurance, SACCOs, and other Financial Services institutions
