Job Description

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Information & Communication Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in network administration, network engineering or a related technical support role
  • CCNA( Cisco Certified Network Associate) or an equivalent industry recognized networking certification( e.g, CompTIA Network + , CCNP)
  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement efficient, lasting solutions
