My name is Ruth Wamuyu Gichuru, and I am a banking and fintech professional with over five years of experience in digital products, customer relationship management, banking operations, and training. I currently work as a Products Expert & Trainer at PesaPap Digital Limited, where I train users on digital financial solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support product adoption. Previously, I worked at Family Bank in relationship management and operations, gaining experience in credit analysis, customer service, compliance, and branch operations.
