Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery and mechanical systems.
- Replace and maintain mechanical components, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and optimize machine efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in pumps, including operations, troubleshooting, maintenance selection.
- Test and calibrate mechanical systems to meet operational specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support reliable plant operations.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
- Support planned shutdowns, overhauls, and project installations.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience as a mechanical technician in a manufacturing industry
