KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Lead and develop the logistics team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail
• Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation.
• Adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing business needs.
• Control logistics budget and identify cost-saving
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. opportunities.
• Track and improve performance using KPIs. 
• Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly desirable.
