I am an Economics graduate with nearly three years of experience in public administration, taxation, data management, customer service, and programme support. I have worked with the Kenya Revenue Authority and the National Council for Persons with Disabilities, where I supported data management, reporting, compliance processes, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery.
My strengths include data analysis, records management, operational coordination, report preparation, and customer relationship management. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, STATA, SPSS, KOBO, and iTax, and I enjoy using data to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
I am currently seeking opportunities in administration, operations, banking, compliance, logistics, programme support, or business analysis where I can contribute my analytical skills, professionalism, and strong work ethic while continuing to grow my career.
