Job Description
Basic Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for identifying and securing consultancy projects, managing the lifecycle of these projects and ensuring they meet university standards and client expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Sourcing
- Proactively seek out and identify potential consultancy opportunities, both internally within the university and externally.
- Prepare and submit proposals (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs) for consultancy projects.
Project Management
- Plan, execute and monitor consultancy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are financially viable.
- Provide regular reports on project progress and performance to relevant university stakeholders.
Operational Responsibility
- Recommendation on continuous improvement opportunities in arising from the risk and compliance process
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business or related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
