The opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in bakery, pastry, food production, or commercial kitchen environments who can consistently deliver high-quality food products while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Bakery & Pastry, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience or working knowledge in a retail or supermarket environment will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in a high-volume bakery, commercial kitchen, or food production environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in advanced baking techniques and pastry preparation.
• Ability to consistently and efficiently produce a diverse range of baked products, including artisanal breads, cakes, and fine pastries.
• Thorough understanding and practical application of industry-standard hygiene, sanitation, and food-handling regulations.
• Strong attention to quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food production environment.
