Job Description

Pioneer Assurance is hiring Financial Advisors to join its team at the Mombasa Branch.

With more than 96 years of experience in life assurance and a nationwide network of over 20 branches, Pioneer Assurance is looking for self-driven, goal-oriented, and ambitious individuals passionate about sales and building a career in the insurance industry.

Requirements

  • Must be 24 years or older
  • Minimum KCSE Grade C-
  • College qualification or Diploma is an added advantage
  • COP (Certificate of Proficiency), relevant licensing or certification is an added advantage
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Teaching experience is an added advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated passion for sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target markets and potential clients
  • Understand clients’ needs and match them with the company’s solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
