I’m a healthcare operations leader with over 3 years of experience managing day-to-day operations in high-volume dialysis clinics. I currently serve as Centre Head at Africa Healthcare Network, where I oversee two units serving 140 patients and a team of 30 staff, everything from patient flow and financial administration to procurement, compliance, and team performance.

I started as a Junior Accountant and Administrator at a law firm, then moved into healthcare administration, working my way up from Centre Administrator to Centre Head. Progressively, I have mentored and onboarded new administrators, helped launch a new dialysis centre from the ground up, and worked on tightening billing and inventory processes to cut down on delays and service interruptions.

What I bring is team leadership, financial and operational discipline. I’m comfortable managing people, budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements at the same time, and I use performance data to make decisions rather than guesswork. I’m now looking to apply that same operational and leadership experience in a broader setting, whether that’s customer service operations, team leadership, or general business administration.
