Job Description

Stalite Systems is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales People to join its team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and achieving set sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial/institutional supplies.
  • Valid driving license or willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Good command of English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
