Job Description

Biometrics Technology Limited, is a service-based security system integrator company specialized in physical, cyber and network security. We provide a choice of organized, smarter and secure spaces in our installations to enable efficient and seamless business operations to our esteemed clients.

We are seeking a PSIM Configuration Expert to serve as the technical authority bridging physical security infrastructure with enterprise IT systems. 

Key Responsibilities

  • System Architecture & Integration: Engineer and deploy complex PSIM platforms, unifying diverse subsystems.
  • API & SDK Customization: Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, SDKs, and custom drivers.
  • Workflow Automation: Configure Cause-and-Effect matrices, SOPs, and automated workflows for incident response.
  • System Lifecycle Management: Oversee maintenance, patching, firmware alignment, and database optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholder and client teams to align deployments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering or Information System Engineering.
  • Holder of PSIM OEM Configuration Expert Certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience 
  • Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (Windows/Linux servers, SQL, TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with security hardware protocols 
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, C#, PowerShell).
