Job Description

Biometrics Technology Limited, is a service-based security system integrator company specialized in physical, cyber and network security. We provide a choice of organized, smarter and secure spaces in our installations to enable efficient and seamless business operations to our esteemed clients.

We are seeking a Networking Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure that supports our advanced biometric and security systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and scalability across enterprise networks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Implement network security measures, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage network hardware (routers, switches, access points) and firmware updates.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to align network architecture with our clients’ set objectives.
• Document network configurations, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network design and support.
• Holder of Certified Internetwork Expert (CIE) or Internationally recognized equivalent
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols and network security principles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper network devices.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools
