HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICER

Biometrics Technology Limited is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to champion workplace safety and environmental compliance across our oil & gas projects. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory standards, promote a culture of safety, and drive continuous improvement in HSE practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into operations.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environment, or Safety.
• Professional License: DOSH, NEMA, NEBOSH, or internationally recognized equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management within oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, risk management, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
