Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team Build and manage a quality loan portfolio Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents Monitor portfolio performance and collections Identify new market opportunities and generate leads Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales target

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in a Business related field
  • Minimum 2 years! experience leading a sales team Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills
