Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through member recruitment and growth of the Society’s portfolio.
- Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective members.
- Maintain effective customer service that meets members’ expectations.
- Develop sales proposals, presentations and reports on time.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Collect member feedback at networking forums to generate leads and improve products and services.
- Participate in marketing activities and events.
- Analyse territory and market potential; track sales and status reports.
- Any other lawful duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in a business-related field or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- A relevant degree and membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar position.
Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly member recruitment targets achieved.
- Retention of existing members per portfolio.
- Loan uptake and savings by recruited members.
- Daily activity reports, market research and feedback.
