PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I am a practical, adaptable, and self-driven ICT professional with a Diploma in Information Communication Technology, completed in 2024, and hands-on experience across ICT support, data entry, digital systems, garment production, tailoring, and uniform design.

I began building my professional experience during a five-month ICT attachment at a Level 5 hospital, where I worked alongside the ICT officer in supporting hospital systems, performing computer maintenance and software installations, assisting with networking-related tasks, and handling data entry, including blood bank records. This experience strengthened my understanding of how technology supports day-to-day operations in an organization.

After completing my studies, I gained six months of work experience at an EPZ tailoring company, where I worked within a production environment and developed practical knowledge of garment production, workplace coordination, and meeting production requirements.

I later joined Unicolls Outfitters, a garment and gown-making company, where I initially worked mainly in data entry and garment-related operations. During my time there, I progressively developed practical skills in tailoring, gown production, uniform design, and garment finishing. I have now been with the company for approximately one year and continue to develop my skills while contributing to the production of gowns and uniforms.

My career journey has taught me to learn quickly, adapt to different working environments, work with minimal supervision, and take responsibility for tasks beyond my original job description. I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can combine my ICT background with practical business, administrative, data, digital, or operational skills.

I am a creative and innovative person who enjoys learning new technologies, solving problems, improving processes, and developing practical solutions. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am comfortable learning new systems and responsibilities when required.

I am currently seeking an opportunity where I can apply my ICT education, professional experience, practical skills, and willingness to learn while continuing to grow into a more capable technology and business professional.
