Education
Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy, focusing on environmental governance, law, policy, sustainable development and evidence-based environmental decision-making. The programme is developing my skills in environmental policy analysis, regulatory frameworks, natural resource management, climate and sustainability issues, research and applied policy analysis.
Completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation and Natural Resource Management, developing a multidisciplinary foundation in environmental science, conservation, natural resource management and environmental assessment. Gained practical experience in environmental research, GIS and remote sensing, spatial analysis, field research, environmental monitoring and data analysis. My undergraduate research focused on mapping flood susceptibility in the Nyando Region using GIS, remote sensing and environmental datasets.
Work & Experience
participated in environmental monitoring, water-quality assessment, geological sampling, field data collection and technical documentation. This experience strengthened my understanding of how environmental objectives, technical information, regulatory considerations and field implementation interact in real-world projects.
