Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK)

Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK) is a leading national faith-based health organization that supports Protestant church-owned health facilities, medical training colleges, universities, and community health programmes across Kenya. Established in 1946, CHAK works to strengthen health systems, improve access to quality healthcare, and promote universal health coverage through strategic partnerships, innovation, advocacy, research, and capacity building. The organization collaborates closely with the Government of Kenya, county governments, churches, development partners, and international donors to implement impactful health programmes in areas such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, maternal and child health, reproductive health, non-communicable diseases, health financing, digital health, and emergency preparedness.
