One Acre Fund

One Acre Fund is an international nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to helping smallholder farmers build resilient livelihoods and prosperous communities across Africa. Founded in 2006, the organization provides farmers with access to quality farm inputs, affordable financing, agricultural training, tree seedlings, market support, and innovative technologies that improve productivity and incomes. Operating in multiple African countries, including Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Nigeria, One Acre Fund has supported millions of farming families to increase crop yields, strengthen food security, and improve household incomes. In Kenya, the organization operates under the Tupande brand, serving more than one million farmers across 34 counties through a team of over 2,300 staff. Guided by its “Farmers First” philosophy, One Acre Fund combines data-driven innovation with community engagement to create sustainable agricultural systems while offering rewarding career opportunities in agriculture, technology, finance, supply chain, operations, research, human resources, communications, and international development.
