Job Description

Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a flair for beverages, mixology and exceptional guest service? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team and take charge of delivering exceptional bar experiences.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.
• Training in Bartending, Mixology or Beverage Management will be an added advantage.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is preferred.

Experience.

• 2–5 years’ experience in bar operations, hospitality, or food & beverage service.
• Previous experience as a Bartender, Senior Bartender or Bar Attendant.
• Proven experience in staff supervision and customer service.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages and mixology.
• Excellent understanding of stock control, inventory management and beverage costing.
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Knowledge of health, safety and liquor licensing requirements.
• Ability to supervise, train, motivate and develop bar staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain high service standards and monitor staff performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and challenging situations professionally.
• A strong passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
