Job Description

Ngao Credit is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Telesales Officer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with experience in telesales and a passion for building strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, maintaining excellent customer relationships, identifying customer needs, presenting products and services, and resolving customer complaints and queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
  • Close sales through outbound and inbound telephone engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up requests professionally.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports and update sales activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a telesales role, preferably within the microfinance sector.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet applications.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer relationship management practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
