Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent loan accounts and drive timely recovery
- Conduct calls, follow-ups and field visits to negotiate repayment plans with defaulting clients
- Carry out skip tracing to locate customers who have become unreachable
- Liaise with auctioneers and legal teams on repossession and recovery of collateral where required
Must Have Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections/recovery, preferably in microfinance or banking
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in collections software/CRM and MS Excel/reporting tools
