Valley Hospital is a leading Level 4 hospital in Nakuru City offering both inpatient and outpatient services and is seeking to recruit competent and proactive Deputy Nurse In-Charges to support the leadership and coordination of the Theater unit.

These roles are instrumental in ensuring effective clinical operations, enhancing patient outcomes, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN)
  • Minimum of  4 years’ nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role in a similar setting 
  • Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and hold a valid Practicing License 
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications

  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and support a multidisciplinary team 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Clinical Competence: Sound understanding of nursing practices and patient care protocols
