Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships through direct field engagement. The role requires a results-driven individual who can identify new leads, convert prospects into customers, and contribute to revenue growth.
Job Description
1. Sales Generation & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads and quotations and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement client retention and loyalty strategies.
3. Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
4. Product Knowledge & Promotion
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and their competitive advantages.
- Educate clients on product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align field sales activities with promotional campaigns.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client visits, and pipeline status.
- Submit regular performance, market feedback, and expense reports.
- Support management in sales forecasting and planning by providing field insights.
6. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
