Job Description

Kilimall Kenya is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join its team based in Nairobi (Mombasa Road). This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven logistics professional to lead supply chain operations, optimize transportation processes, manage third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, and drive operational efficiency within one of Kenya’s leading e-commerce companies.

The successful candidate will oversee logistics planning, fleet and drop-shipping operations, budget management, vendor negotiations, and KPI-driven performance improvements while ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
• Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the logistics team and drive operational excellence.
• Manage transportation, courier selection, and vendor negotiations.
• Control logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
• Oversee fleet management and drop-shipping operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and computer applications.
