- Apply web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize learning interfaces, build interactive educational components, and enhance user experience in digital learning environments.
- Manage end-to-end multimedia production workflows for online learning — from storyboarding and scripting through production, post-production, publishing, and archival.
- Maintain and curate a centralized digital asset repository, ensuring version control, metadata tagging, and efficient retrieval of learning resources.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of digital learning materials across devices and platforms; troubleshoot technical issues related to content delivery and user access.
- Monitor developments in digital education, instructional design, and educational technology; implement innovative solutions and contribute to the university’s digital learning strategy.
- Develop instructional materials and technical guides for studio production in audio, video, and print media.
- Support the studio lab; maintain studio equipment inventory, conduct daily checks, perform minor repairs, and recommend purchases or upgrades with detailed technical specifications.
- Issue and track studio equipment using established protocols; conduct comprehensive inventory audits periodically.
- Provide additional technical and graphic design support to marketing, corporate affairs, and other departments for multimedia production needs as required in alignment with university branding.
