Job Description

Ngao Credit is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader ready to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team while driving business growth and building a strong loan portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team Build and manage a quality loan portfolio Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents > Monitor portfolio performance and collections
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate leads Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales target MOMBASA

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in a Business related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a sales team Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
