The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2015 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in what we do and the industry at large. The program is currently in its 16th Cohort.
We seek to give internship opportunities to candidates in the following areas:

Mombasa:
- Ships Agency Operations Intern
- Customs Operations Intern
- Accounts Intern
- Legal Intern
- Projects Intern
- Technical Intern
- Logistics Operations Intern
Eligibility: The candidates should ideally hold professional and academic qualifications in the fields below to join our next intake:
- Holder of professional and academic qualifications in Customs Clearance, Ships Agency, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Accounts/Finance, Legal, Engineering, and related courses.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as evidenced by recent university or institution records.
- Must be a recent graduate.
Personal Attributes:
- Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be goal-oriented, passionate, and proactive.
- Readiness to learn.
- Should possess strong analytical skills.
- Must be computer literate.
