New Agro Deal Ltd, a leading player in herb and vegetable production, is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our growing team. We invite qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:
1. Basil Area Manager
Department: Production / Farming
Purpose: Oversee all basil production activities, ensuring high-quality yields and adherence to agronomic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise basil operations from planting to harvesting
- Monitor crop growth and ensure optimum plant health
- Allocate labor and oversee daily production activities
- Enforce Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in herbs/vegetable production
- Strong leadership, planning, and supervisory skills
2. Herbs Harvesting Supervisor
Department: Production / Harvesting
Purpose: Oversee day-to-day harvesting to ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise harvesting teams and allocate tasks
- Maintain harvesting records and ensure traceability
- Identify and report quality issues
- Train harvesters on proper picking techniques
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture
- Experience in herb harvesting is an added advantage
3. Herbs Quality Controller
Department: Quality Assurance / Production
Purpose: Ensure all harvested herbs meet the company’s quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect herbs at receiving and processing points
- Enforce quality and hygiene standards
- Reject non-conforming produce
- Maintain and update quality control reports
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control preferred
4. Herbs Grader
Department: Packhouse / Production
Purpose: Sort, grade, and pack herbs according to quality standards and export specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grade herbs based on size, color, and quality
- Maintain hygiene and safety during handling
- Work closely with Quality Control teams
- Meet daily packing and grading targets
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in grading herbs/vegetables is desirable
- High attention to detail and speed
5. Summer Flowers Supervisor
Department: Floriculture / Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planting, management, and harvesting of summer flowers
- Monitor crop growth and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with floriculture standards and farm protocols
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Horticulture or Agriculture
- Experience in flower farming is an added advantage
6. Spray Supervisor (Herbs & Vegetables)
Department: Crop Protection
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture / Crop Protection
- Strong understanding of agrochemicals, pests, and diseases
- Experience in spray operations is an added advantage
- Ability to follow safety procedures and spray programs
7. Storekeeper
Department: Stores & Procurement
Reports To: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality
- Issue items only as per approved requisitions
- Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store
- Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items promptly
- Ensure safe storage of chemicals, fertilizers, tools, and PPE
- Collaborate with procurement to monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in storekeeping (agricultural/manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems)
- High integrity and attention to detail
