Social Media Executive
Kenyans.co.ke is inviting applications from skilled and creative professionals to join their team as a Social Media Executive. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about digital storytelling, audience engagement, and brand growth across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content across social media platforms
- Monitor trends, audience insights, and analytics to optimize performance
- Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages professionally
- Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to align content with brand goals
- Support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Track and report on weekly and monthly social media metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, X Analytics, etc.
- Understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality content
- Portfolio or sample work demonstrating past social media projects
