CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER
Optimum Current Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to support our commitment to delivering exceptional patient and client care. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an outstanding service experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hospital management systems is an added advantage.
