Kilimall Kenya is seeking qualified and customer-focused professionals to join its team as Customer Service Representatives based in Nairobi, Kenya. Successful candidates will support customers through multiple communication channels and help ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to live chat inquiries and support tickets.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide customer support through chat channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
- Follow up on customer issues and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain the required customer satisfaction levels.
- Achieve daily response and clearance targets, including maintaining response times below 3 minutes.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- A Degree or Diploma in a business-related course.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
