House Keeper (Locum)

Plainsview Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced House Keeper (Locum) to join its team and support the delivery of a clean, safe, and hygienic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both clinical and non-clinical areas.
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols.
  • Follow Environmental Services (EVS) standards.
  • Ensure proper medical waste management and disposal.
  • Support a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Housekeeping.
  • Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of infection prevention and control protocols.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
