Van Sales Representatives (VSRs)

Region: Kisii & Migori

Treasure Communications Limited is on the hunt for Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to join our fast-growing team! If you love the thrill of closing a deal, engaging customers, and making an impact on the ground, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targets
- Conduct field visits for coaching, audits, and support
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region
- Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams
- Enforce company policies and operational standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision
- Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools (Excel, mobile apps)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics
