Learning and Development Officer

Looking to advance your career in Learning & Development? AA Kenya is seeking a qualified and experienced Learning and Development Officer to join its team.

Position:

Learning and Development Officer

Key Duties:

  • Establish and operationalize the Staff Training Centre.
  • Develop learning strategies and training curricula.
  • Manage faculty and trainers.
  • Oversee learning resources and knowledge management.
  • Facilitate and deliver training programmes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Learning & Development/Training (e.g., Training of Trainers – TOT).
  • Certification in e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in training, learning & development, or capacity building.
  • Experience setting up or managing a training centre or academy will be an added advantage.
