Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs.
- Pitch and promote recruitment solutions to pro-spective clients.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed business development targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management (recruitment/HR industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, networking, and negotia-tion skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
