Agribusiness enthusiast with hands-on experience in horticultural crop
production, working with farmers, field agents, and community stakeholders
across rural Kenya. Having successfully managed a 50-acre land and achieved
all the targets set with a team of 30, I specialize in farmer engagement, crop
production training, and sustainable agriculture, with a passion for empowering
rural communities through practical solutions. I enjoy being in the field, helping
teams hit their targets, and seeing real change grow from the ground up.

Work & Experience
1. To manage day-to-day operations of a 50-acre farm by ensuring proper
care of crops.
2. Meet the set targets on horticulture production: mainly, Tomatoes, capsicum
and cabbages.
3. Budget and control costs associated with crop production.
4. Managing a team of 30 workers to successfully execute their roles from land
preparation, planting, weeding, spraying, and harvesting activities.
5. Identify and negotiate with the buyers/ markets for the sale of produce.
∙ Recruited and mentored a team of 80 field sales agents, helping them grow in
confidence and meet sales goals.
∙ Conducted farmer training and extension services to farmers, training them
from planting, weed and pest management, nutrition to harvesting and
financial advice.
∙ Coordinated customer onboarding and follow-ups, making sure farmers had
a smooth experience from sign-up to service.
∙ Prepared weekly reports to track performance, identify gaps, and propose
ways to boost field impact.
