About the Opportunity
Infotrak Research & Consulting is seeking qualified and experienced Field Enumerators and Supervisors to support upcoming research projects across various counties in Kenya. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about data collection, community engagement, and generating insights that inform decision-making.
Successful candidates will play a key role in conducting field research, collecting accurate data, and supporting the implementation of high-quality research assignments within their respective counties.

- Machakos
- Makueni
- Meru
- Marsabit
- Samburu
- Turkana
- Mandera
- Tana River
- Bungoma
- Bomet
- Nakuru
- Kajiado
- Wajir
- Isiolo
- Embu
- Kakamega
- Narok
- Kericho
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a resident of the county for which they are applying.
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in data collection.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) platforms, including:
- ODK
- SurveyCTO
- Kobo Collect
- Survey To Go
- Own a tablet or smartphone that meets the following specifications:
- Android 10 or higher
- Minimum of 4 GB RAM
- Screen size of at least 6 inches
- Be available for field assignments over the next three months.
- Provide a recommendation letter from a previous employer or supervisor.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have proven experience in research, surveys, or fieldwork activities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work professionally within local communities.
