Job description

DCA seeks a senior leader to provide short- to medium-term leadership across country programmes (including acting HoP/CD), ensure programme quality and compliance, drive fundraising and donor engagement, and mentor diverse teams in complex settings.

Essential profile

  • Master’s degree
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 5+ years as Country Director or Senior management in humanitarian programmes
  • Proven work experience at senior level in Central African RepublicDR Congo or other French speaking countries
  • Technical specialist in at least one: Cash & Voucher AssistancePeacebuildingCommunity resilience
  • Strong skills in operations, security risk management, partnerships, and grant management, prior experience with a Danish and faith-based NGOs are a plus
