About the People Operations Intern role

We are looking for an intern to support the Global People Operations team between June and August 2026. You will work closely with the Performance Development vertical of the Global People Operations team to support key organizational priorities spanning onboarding, performance management, employee experience, and culture initiatives.

This internship is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity for someone interested in People Operations, organizational development, and the operational systems that help global teams thrive. You will contribute to both day-to-day coordination and longer-term projects, gaining exposure to how a global organization designs and delivers people processes at scale.

This is a high-ownership role with real deliverables. You will manage your own workstreams, communicate proactively when something is blocked, and take initiative on projects that require strong organization, judgment, and follow-through in execution.

  • Help develop internal resources, communications, and training materials for people-related programs and processes
  • Contribute research, coordination, and project management support across evolving People Operations priorities

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines

  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, along with a willingness to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational processes with accuracy and consistency
  • Interest in People Operations, employee experience, organizational development, or org culture-related work
