1. IT Applications Support Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for banking applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system stability.
- Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and system integrations is an added advantage.
2. IT Network & Infrastructure Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the bank’s IT network and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support network devices and servers.
- Ensure data protection, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with network administration and infrastructure support.
- Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, and server environments.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an added advantage.
