Job Description

Progressive Credit Ltd is seeking a dynamic, experienced Assistant Sector Head – Check-off Loans to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and oversight of the Sector
  • Drive growth of the sector loan book through product development and market penetration
  • Monitor portfolio quality and manage Non-Performing Loans
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer service and turnaround time
  • Lead, mentor and develop sector staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures
  • Monitor sector performance, market trends and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field from a recognized university
  • CPA/Credit Certification or Diploma/Credit
    Certification
  • At least 7 years’ senior-level experience in Credit within an MFI or financial institution
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
