Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Institute of Banking Diploma or related qualification from a top reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bank branch management, with solid knowledge of banking and financial

Qualifications & Skills

• Professional banking and finance certifications are required
• Strong communication, relationship management. strategic management & People Management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to ensure smooth service, strong controls and great customer experience.
• Drive branch targets across revenue, profitability, deposits, lending and transactions.
• Grow customer base by acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
• Deepen existing relationships through

• Retail, SME and Corporate clients.
• Monitor performance, close gaps and take action to improve business results.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets with professionalism and accountability.
• Ensure full compliance with Head Office policies and Central Bank of Kenya regulations.
• Manage branch cash, vault, records and assets with proper controls.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support retention and growth.
• Spot market trends and turn them into growth opportunities for the branch.
