Job Description

Mabati Rolling Mills (MRM) is seeking to recruit Graduate Trainees for its 2026/2027 Graduate Trainee Programme. The positions will be based at Mariakani and Athi River, Kenya, offering an intensive 18-month development journey designed to develop future technical specialists, business professionals, and leaders.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or Production Technology.

Requirements

  • University Graduate with a maximum of two years’ post-university experience.
  • 28 years of age or below.
  • At least B+ in KCSE.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
