About the Company

Telepost DT SACCO is seeking qualified, motivated, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executives to join its team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting and retaining members, mobilising savings and deposits, generating quality loan business, and supporting the SACCO’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new members and implement strategies to retain existing members.
• Mobilise savings and deposits to support the SACCO’s growth.
• Generate quality loan business and identify potential customers.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales and marketing performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective customers.
• Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, banking, or SACCO operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and mobilise new members.
• Candidates must currently reside within the region they are applying for.
