Job Description

KMA RNWDT SACCO is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the positions of Sales Executives and Marketing Agents. The opportunities are suitable for candidates interested in sales, marketing, business development, and member recruitment.

Successful candidates will contribute to the growth of the SACCO by promoting its products and services, building relationships, and recruiting new members across Kenya.

1. Sales Executives (Full-Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Multiple Regions in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive SACCO membership growth and business development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing members.
  • Promote SACCO products and services.
  • Support the achievement of sales and membership recruitment targets.

Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in sales and marketing or a related field is an added advantage.

KMA RNWDT SACCO is also seeking Marketing Agents to support member recruitment and promote its products across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new SACCO members.
  • Promote SACCO products and services.
  • Engage potential members across hospitals, medical schools, and professional bodies.
  • Support the SACCO’s membership growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in sales and marketing or a related field is an added advantage.

Compensation

Marketing Agents will earn a retainer for every successful member recruited, as outlined in the recruitment announcement.
