Job Description


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supplier Developer – Home & Kitchen to join our team in Nairobi, along Mombasa Road.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Identify and onboard strategic suppliers and 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business brands.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage sellers/brands and drive category growth.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
  • Plan category assortments and coordinate promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor stock health and ensure supplier compliance with on boarding  requirements.
  • Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in category support, supplier sourcing, e-commerce, retail, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis; experience with e-commerce seller platforms is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Home & Kitchen category is an added advantage.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented.
