Job Description

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders to join its growing team across selected Biashara Logbook Loans and SME branches in Kenya. This is an opportunity for professionals with relevant experience in logbook lending and sales team leadership to take on a leadership role, drive business growth, and support branch performance.

Available Positions

The recruitment is for Team Leader positions in the following areas:

  1. Chuka SME
  2. Nkubu SME
  3. Utawala SME
  4. Kitengela SME

Key Requirement

  • Proven experience in Logbook Loans is required.
  • Applicants should have relevant experience in leading teams and driving sales/business performance within the lending or financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills will be an advantage.
