What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in setting up or scaling pharmacy operations.
  • Strong operational, workflow, and process management skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate pharmacy teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with:
    • Insurance providers
    • Brokers
    • Pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors
  • Experience with e-pharmacy or digital pharmacy workflows (highly desirable).
  • Current understanding of Kenyan pharmacy regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, optimization, and daily running of pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with insurers, brokers, and suppliers to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, driving workflow and performance improvements.
  • Support digital pharmacy operations, including:
    • e-prescriptions
    • Virtual consultation fulfillment
    • Order processing
    • Medication delivery workflows
  • Provide clinical pharmaceutical guidance where necessary.
  • Contribute to new pharmacy service innovations and expansion initiatives.
